Stay Connected: Resources For Your Emotional Health
At Mindfulness Without Borders, we want you to know that your emotional health is our first priority. Although we can not be in control or change the way in which our lives have been disrupted, let alone the eradicate your feelings of uncertainty, fear and isolation, we can provide you with a collection of free resources to help you and your families stay connected and engaged.
And while it's pretty clear that it's going to take much longer for the world to normalize, we can challenge you to go above and beyond the way in which you are navigating these tumultuous times. This means asking yourself whether you're doing your very best to think, feel and act mindfully from one moment to the next. In doing so, you'll most probably think of new ways to manage your stress, make better choices, explore different perspectives, feel a renewed sense of purpose and, give others the permission to do the same. As Martin Luther King reminds us, "The ultimate measure of a person is not where they stand in a moment of comfort and convenience, but where they stand at times of challenge and controversy."
Let's ask what may be required of ourselves, so that we all can mindfully move through this crisis and be well, again.
