Facilitator certification training
Facilitator certification training
This 3-day evidenced-based Mindfulness Ambassador Program and Mindful@Work facilitator certification program is exclusive to the Ontario AWIP community, including police professionals, first responders and the military.
Based on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and secular mindfulness practice, our professional development program focuses on core skill sets for optimal performance, reducing symptoms of burnout, promoting overall well-being and developing a positive, compassionate culture. Participants will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, including how to train attention, reduce stress, work with emotions, as well as how to work well with others, navigate conflicts and challenges, and develop the capacity to improve overall wellbeing. Ultimately, the program helps participants cultivate mental and physical resilience that can be applied in one’s personal life, work, and community.
