Mindful@Work for Leaders is a 4-week, live online leadership program designed for professionals who want to strengthen their leadership presence and learn to manage stress overload and minimize burnout symptoms.
Grounded in mindfulness and social-emotional learning, this program supports participants to navigate pressure, build psychological safety, and lead with greater awareness, confidence, and intention at work and beyond.

- 2 x one-on-one 30-minute coaching calls
