WHO IS THIS FOR?
A 4-week live online leadership program designed to strengthen leadership presence, reduce stress overload, and support sustainable performance. Grounded in mindfulness and social-emotional learning, Mindful@Work for Leaders supports professionals to navigate pressure, build psychological safety, and lead with greater awareness, confidence, and intention at work and beyond.
This program is designed for:
- Early-career and emerging leaders
- Professionals stepping into new leadership responsibilities
- Individuals who lead teams, projects, or influence without formal authority
- People leaders seeking greater clarity, empathy, and resilience
What You’ll Develop
Mindful leadership foundations — Build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and presence under pressure.
Psychological safety & communication — Foster trust, navigate difficult conversations, and engage diverse perspectives.
Stress, boundaries & sustainable performance — Lead effectively without burnout. Reflection & real-world integration — Translate insights into action through guided reflection and coaching

COURSE CHARACTERISTICS
Attendance: Mandatory for all sessions
Duration: Total 10 hours. 6 hours plus 4 hours of home study.
Skill Level: All levels.
Materials: Online learning materials will be provided.
- Mindful@Work Participant Workbook
- Two (2) individual 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
- Access to an online meditation library
Certification: Yes, after the successful completion of the 4 sessions and the 2 coaching sessions.
